n a personal note, I thoroughly enjoy and cherish family time with my two boys and husband.

Angela Cyza, RT(R)
Lincoln, NE
President-Elect

I am excited to serve as your NSRT president-elect in 2017-2018.

I started my journey with the NSRT as a student representative and have held many offices on the board since that time (and over the last 9 years).

For 7 1/2 years I worked as an evening staff technologist as St Elizabeth's in Lincoln. For the last 2 1/2 years I have worked full time for Southeast Community College as a classroom instructor and clinical instructor at St Elizabeth's.

I currently live in Lincoln with my husband, Aaron, and our dog Frannie. I enjoy being in my flower gardens as long as the mosquitos aren't nearby.

Nolan Vasa, RT(R)
Omaha, NE
Vice-President

To be submitted.

Erin Ernst, RT(R)
Papillion, NE
Secretary-Treasurer

My passion for professional societies began as a first year radiology student at Sanford USD Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. That year I was chosen to be the student representative for the South Dakota Society of Radiologic Technologists. With that position I was able to attend the ASRT Annual Conference as a Student Leadership Development Program Participant. I also was able to attend all of the SDSRT meetings as well as the RT in DC event that year. After graduating from Sanford I moved to Omaha to attend UNMC's CT Practicum. When I was finished with that program I began working there full time and began to get involved with the NSRT. I have attended many meetings throughout the last year and finally feel I had enough of a grasp of the group to run for a board position. I am very excited to be the NSRT's Secretary-Treasurer for the 2017-2018 year.

I currently live in Omaha and still work as a full time CT Technologist at Nebraska Medicine. I enjoy spending time with friends and family in my free time as well as traveling. I look forward to serving Nebraska on the NSRT Board in the year to come!

My husband Randy and I have 2 children and have been married for almost 32 years. We have celebrated several anniversaries at the House of Delegates with 160 fellow R.T.’s. I thank the radiologic technologists of Nebraska for allowing me to serve them again. Please contact me with any issues and I will forward them to the NSRT Board so your concerns can be addressed.

Cristi Engel, RT(R)
Doniphan, NE
Advisory Board Member

When I graduated from the Mary Lanning School of Radiologic Technology I began working for St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island, NE. I became certified in cardiovascular interventional radiography while working there. Having this experience gave me the opportunity to teach a Special Procedures course at the same school that I graduated from. After 5 years, I became a full time clinical and didactic instructor. I love teaching and I went on to earn my Masters Degree in Radiation Sciences with a focus on Education. In 2012 I was promoted to Program Director of the Mary Lanning Healthcare School of Radiologic Technology.

I have been married to my husband Tory for 15years. We have two children, Tyler who is 12 and Camryn who is 10. They keep us busy as they are growing so quickly!

I first became involved with the NSRT as a student participating in Quiz Bowl. Two years after graduating I helped co-chair a conference in Grand Island. I have since co-chaired two more conferences and began my involvement on the board of directors as Secretary-Treasurer for two years. Since then I have also been President-Elect, President, and Chairman of the Board. This will be my second time serving as an Advisory Board member. I encourage all technologists to get involved in their professional society. It is a way to give back, stay in tune to local and possible threats to our licensure and also a fun way to network among your peers!
